LA CAVE CHAI SEB
Read moreHe fell into a Château Gloria at the age of 16 and made it his profession-passion! Sébastien, the enlightened owner of this cellar, shares with us his favourite sin. Trained at the same school as the well-known John Coleaux, sommelier-caviste in Rosel, Seb opened a place that he wants to be atypical and endearing. A cellar that hosts wine, beer, whisky and of course calvados tastings. An evening, on the first Friday of the month, allows everyone to get together for a time of discovery. Boards complete this moment of exchange and make Chai Seb a bit of a home.

The exterior is just as magnificent as the interior. Gourmets will find what they're looking for. After a spell at Lenôtre, Emmanuel made his dream come true and opened his own chocolate factory, much to our delight. Here, everything melts! You can also enjoy an old-fashioned hot chocolate in the tearoom. An address we can't recommend highly enough.
