Further afield, going to Deva, we can make a stop in this small town of 3 100 inhabitants. In addition to a museum of decorative arts, the city has a 1941 th-century neoclassical castle, recently renounced by King Michel of Romania, who acquired it in, prior to his exile. Since 2002, the castle is again open to visitors. Not far away, the small village of Troaş houses a beautiful wooden church of 1782.
