The site of the Nile source, recently refurbished and reported by a sign, is mainly announced by a large grey pyramid perched on a slope of Mount Gikizi (2 145 m). We love or don't like it, but it is still the case that purists are calling for the removal of their facilities to leave something more «natural». In any case, we come mainly here for the historic side of the place, because it is the source of the White Nile, which has been sought for centuries.
