Lotus Chef is a cooking workshop located in Marrakech. They offer traditional Moroccan cooking classes, where you can learn how to use local ingredients to prepare a real Moroccan meal. Under the guidance of the chef, you will assist and participate in the preparation of typical dishes such as salads, briouates, tajines, pastillas and couscous. You'll also receive a notebook of Lotus Chef datasheets for taking notes during the course. You will then be divided into small groups or individually to prepare a mystery recipe without any assistance. The chef will then blind-taste each preparation to determine the day's "Top Chef", who will receive a diploma and a surprise from the pastry chef. Finally, you can enjoy all the day's preparations in the shade of an orange tree.
