It's possible at Le Petit Chantier, which opened in 2018 at the end of the famous El Baqqal street with its many snack bars. On the menu: char-grilled meats, pastas and a salad bar, which you can compose yourself with your choice of 6 ingredients in addition to the base, plus topping, all served copiously in large wooden bowls. The decor is, as the name suggests, based on a "construction site" spirit, but rest assured, the work is finished!
