In the middle of the big stores, the 16 Café has become a meeting place for girlfriends. This tea room has built up a good reputation over the years: some even say that it has the best ice cream around. The pastry chef has clearly brought with him his French know-how. In addition to the traditional mille-feuilles and tarts, the establishment offers a restaurant of acceptable quality, with as a strong point the breakfasts which are copious. A well placed place for a gourmet break, at any time of the day.
