The former Franciscan monastery dates back to the th century and faces the City Hall. He suffered from the damage to war. The interior, completely destroyed in 1944, was rebuilt according to the original plans. In the middle of the throne Place Schwarz, supposed to be the inventor of gunpowder.

Construite en 1300, l'église St-Martin était jusqu'en 1783, l'église du monastère franciscain. Elle est située sur une belle place ornée d'une fontaine avec la statue d'un ancien religieux alchimiste, Berthold Schwartz qui aurait découvert la poudre noire.
