Want to cut short with everyday life? Need a holiday on the seashore without the budget that goes with it? No problem, Mauritius is there for that. The establishment reopened in July. The place is restaurant and bar, all in a resolutely summer and lounge atmosphere. For a casual lunch or dinner among friends, you can choose between various salads, pizzas, grilled meats and toasted sandwiches. Very "vacation" dishes, served in good quantity for quite nice prices. But what attracts mainly the Fribourgeois is the terrace their feet in the sand. Deck chairs, deck chairs, floating wood tables… They even thought about the sandbox for children. You can sip a cocktail among the many proposals of the map. You can find classic Sex on the Beach or Cosmopolitan, but also some pretty fruity creations like the Blade (tequila, vodka, strawberry purée, lemon juice, raspberry syrup). They are fresh, well executed, well dosed. On the "alcohol-free" side, cocktails are not with about twenty fruity and original propositions. We're valid.
