292-meter-long steel bridge over the Rhine, linking the towns of Karlsruhe and Wörth.

The Maxau Bridge is the only bridge over the Rhine in the city. The 292-meter-long steel structure connects the cities of Karlsruhe (Baden-Württemberg) and Wörth (Rhineland-Palatinate). It was named after the Maxau nature reserve on the right bank of the Rhine and the Knielinger lake, a place for walking.
