This restaurant is very popular with the people of Stuttgart. It owes its name to the beautiful green tiled stove in the centre of the richly decorated dining room. A tip: come on Saturday lunchtime, for €12.90 there is an all-you-can-eat buffet with the great classics of regional cuisine! And order a Riesling, a trollinger or anything else that will make these good dishes flow: from roast fillet of beef with trollinger sauce and potato gratin to medallions of pork fillet with mushrooms. The house apple strudel is excellent.
