On the sea side, palm forests, on the mountain side, snow-covered peaks. In between, a dense and lush vegetation worthy of a tropical jungle. To add to this pretty picture, there are remnants of the reign of the Pahlavi to visit as well as a beautiful French garden. This site, which at the time of the last Shah of Iran was one of the most popular seaside resorts in the country, is now competing with Rasht. It should be noted that the signing of the Convention on Wetlands, intended for the conservation and wise use of wetlands and their resources, is commemorated on site every year (February). Arriving in Ramsar by night is not recommended. Not that there is any danger in this city, but rather a total lack of indications. The agglomeration is extensive and not used to tourists like the rest of the Caspian coast.
