Now a real institution in Limoilou, the microbrewery La Souche is both warm and highly gourmet.

The microbrewery La Souche established its base camp in Limoilou before opening a second location in Stoneham. We come here for its delicious house beers, including Petite Taloche Citra (American IPA), Lapin Lapin (Grätzer) and Mochaccino (Sweet Stout). Once you've chosen your nectar, you'll be able to enjoy the seasonal plate of local products, the beef and bacon poutine, the seitan burger with kimchi or the famous fried chicken sandwich.
