It's hard to choose what you like best at Noctem, with homemade beers and comfort food both winning the prize.
Noctem Artisans Brasseurs is the offspring of beer enthusiasts, most of whom are graduates of Université Laval's Microbroue university project. Here, beer culture is taken seriously, with an ever-changing slate of house beers (Imperial Stout, NEIPA - with a particular fondness for Catnip -, sour fruit ale, etc.), all perfectly complementing a tasty comfort-food menu featuring local produce and meats smoked on site. Noctem also has a tasting room at its brewery on rue Vincent-Massey.
