This microbrewery, which includes three other branches (two in Saguenay and one in Quebec City), offers about twenty beers brewed on site with the key words "consistency and quality". There are homemade brews, creative brews and signature brews. In addition, Éric Blackburn, straight from the great tables of Quebec, joins the Maltée team to offer the food and beer experience where, at each stage of brewing, ingredients are recovered and integrated into the recipes.
