Located 5 minutes from Old Quebec and well known to epicureans, the Ninkasi, recently expanded and now with a dining room, focuses on Quebec products, whether in the glass or on the plate. Chef Anthony Vien, who has worked at Saint-Amour among other places, offers a tempting bistro menu (the braised veal cheek is a must), which is supported by 100% Quebec wines, beers and ciders. There are also shows, comedy nights, karaoke and pub quizzes, not to mention sports games.

Très bon bar, pleins d'animations. Rassemble tous les âges (majeurs, tout de même). Bref, un beau lieu de convivialité et d'amusement grâce aux animations organisées !

Location in the city centre. Super atmosphere and frequent concerts. Good drinks. The terrace is super pleasant to drink a small sangria. Tricks to be eaten relatively common.
