Read moreA veritable kingdom dedicated to the lord of syrups, Délices Érable & Cie's reputation is well established. Founded in 1999 by Citadelle, a cooperative of maple syrup producers, the place has been going strong ever since, and not by chance. Here, it takes on forms as diverse as they are creative. In recent years, the cooperative has added cranberries and honey to its predilections. You'll also find cookies, fudges, sugar creams, chocolates, coffees, iced drinks (with a special mention for maple iced coffee), gelati, sorbets and more.
