SAINT-GABRIEL HOUSE

Discover the exciting adventure of the Filles du Roy and rural life in New France at Maison Saint-Gabriel, a museum and national historic site of Canada. You will travel back in time to the 17th century. The farmhouse acquired by Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1668 and all the stories that animated it are told there. Don't miss a visit to the Jardin de la Métairie as well as the new Jardin des Origines, a heritage legacy of Montreal for its 375th anniversary in 2017. In the summer, demonstrations of old trades are organized on weekends.
