Behind the black curtains is the latest addition to the Hélicoptère team. They share the same kitchen, and with it, the same philosophy. Yet the menu is the brainchild of a separate chef who creates dishes especially for Copilote. And in this small 25-seat room, a counter in the center opens directly onto the bar where the famous cocktails are made. The great classics can be made to order, but it would be a shame not to try their signature cocktails...
