PUB PIT CARIBOU

Who hasn't heard of Gaspesian microbrewery Pit Caribou, founded in L'Anse-à-Beaufils in 2007? Nearly ten years later, the famous brand has set up shop in Montreal, bringing a sea breeze to the city's beer geeks, complete with marine decor. The only thing missing is the salty air! On the slate are the house vintages, of course, but also those of other Eastern Quebec microbreweries, unique private imports, Quebec spirits, kombuchas and more. And don't be fooled: only a few of us ever "dock" here!
