The Hotel La Niche is much more than a dog and cat pension. Dogs are free all day. They can play either in the indoor gym or in the outdoor courtyard furnished with swimming pools or, if they prefer, relax on leather chairs in the lounge and watch the TV quietly. You can leave your dog for the night, day or for a few hours. At Hotel La Niche, not only will your companion play all day but socialize with others. Food is not included in the rates. If your dog is a caseer, a home visit service offers a visit a day with 20 minutes walking.

Dissatisfied with the assistant manager/reception
I booked my appointments one year ahead for my two dogs. They have anxiety so when arriving at the building and hearing dogs yelling and barking was an adaptation for them but whatever they’ll get used to it is what we thought. But even though I booked my appointments a year in advance and continuously confirming them I would get a call the day before with a random new time. It’s 3 times our appointments time are changed with no notice except the day prior when they call to confirm. Now it’s the second time they move one of my dogs to fit a random persons dog in between mine ?? Again no notice. I wanted to speak to the manager and the girl said she’s the assistant manager. I was shocked. She kept cutting me off not listening to my issue or even giving a shit to try to offer us a solution. Don’t go there. It’s basically a chain factory. Save your money and go where your dog will be properly treated. Not to mention we wanted to take courses there but it’s done in their parking with cars driving around dogs ? Very sketchy
