Staff-great service! Amicable and I appreciate the effort to communicate in English. (Still working on my terrible French)
The rooms are comfortable, large, seemingly clean but I did notice in the bathroom behind the towels there was a small Sephora bag. I pulled it out with a receipt from 2 days before I checked in.
Breakfast, it was very busy but highly organized by the staff. They moved in parties fast and efficiently. The food was good, typical of Hyatt.
I absolutely loved the overall lobby decor. I would book this Hyatt again.
