UQAM's Résidences de l'Ouest are located in the heart of Montreal, close to all services. They offer a warm, welcoming environment that helps students integrate into the city and succeed in their studies. By opting for a room in a university residence, students avoid the hassle of buying furniture and appliances, hooking up the telephone, and requesting heating and electricity services. The residences have free Wi-Fi, parking, disabled access, air conditioning and are child-friendly. However, some visitors have reported that staff sometimes enter rooms without warning. What's more, there's a shady gentleman always sitting at the tables at the entrance. Reservations are currently full, but you can check the brochure for current rates.
