At Yuan, we enjoy a creative vegetarian cuisine of excellent quality. In the evening, the appetizer consists of seaweed, grilled tofu and a small coleslaw. Very original and refined. Careful presentation is found in all dishes, often with tofu or textured vegetable protein, stir-fry vegetables and rice. The service is provided by a smiling, irreproachable staff. Ask for a place on the tatamis, hidden at the back of the restaurant.
