Opened in 2018 by a talented trio (a chef, a sommelier and a pastry chef), Hélicoptère offers refined dishes to share in a warm setting. The wine list is impressive and the signature cocktails are worth the detour! The menu, which changes with the seasons, gives pride of place to Quebec products. The homemade chicken liver mousse served on small financiers is a must. Also worth discovering is the Hélico café, open during the day (entrance just around the corner). A real nugget!
