Those familiar with the now-defunct Mezcla will recognize the touch of chef Marcel Larrea, who trained at Cordon Bleu and worked at Astrid & Gastón alongside legendary chef Gastón Acurio, both in Lima, Peru. The menu is as diverse as the bar's décor, offering ceviche, scallop and parmesan tiradito, dumplings, duck anticucho and other fusion delights. The cocktails include the Pisco Sour, reputed to be the best in town. A real treat!
