The chef went to Barcelona for inspiration while meeting renowned chefs including Ferran Adrià. His menu is affected, with several products being imported directly from Spain, including sausages, pork and wines, the majority of which are private Catalan imports carefully selected by the sommelier. Even the Josper oven made the trip from Barcelona, giving an authentic smoky flavour to meats, fish and vegetables. As for the décor, it is both raw and chic, a thousand miles from what is found in the surrounding area.

At the helm are true wine and Spanish enthusiasts who have decided to transcribe the Spanish art of living. Tapas to share, like classic patatas bravas and fried squid, but also creations like cheese portobello or tilapia ceviche. The wine list is exclusively natural, organic or biodynamic, with many private imports.
