THE MILLS OF ISLE-AUX-COUDRES

This unique site brings together in one place a water mill (1825) and a wind mill (1836), both functional, as well as the miller's house. You can watch a demonstration of wheat and buckwheat milling. The site has a multifunctional reception building with an exhibition on the island's habits and customs through popular art and an exhibition in tribute to Pierre Perrault.
