The Bistro des Artistes is well known in the area. Now under new management, the decor and menu have been given a fresh twist. For lunch and dinner, the menu highlights Charlevoix products in its tapas as well as its pizzas (gluten-free dough is available), tartars, carpaccios and dishes from the land or the sea.
