On the menu, regional cuisine featuring local products from the Route des Saveurs de Charlevoix, as well as several beer recipes, dishes from their smokehouse (smoked meat, ribs, BBQ half-chicken) and absolutely delicious poutines and gourmet burgers. Unsurprisingly, they also offer a fine selection of quality house beers, some of which are exclusive to the resto-pub. A place to discover for a good meal in the country setting of this magnificent region.
