A small town extending along the Marigot Road is famous for its divers and fishermen bringing to the surface the delicious lobster and no less delicious lobsters. The village mainly lives in fishing and the prices of fish and other seafood are lower than those of Jacmel. For visitors who want to live closest to the Haitian population, it is an interesting stop. Marigot with its small port is also the starting point for the small town of Belle-Anse and its magnificent desert beach.
