La meilleure des boucheries, telles qu’on les aime. Outre l’exceptionnelle qualité des produits et du travail, l’esprit familial et le contact aux clients est une sorte de résurrection de ce que l’on pensait perdu ailleurs ou en voie de disparition ! À recommander chaleureusement à qui recherche la synthèse de la qualité !
