ROMARIA DE BACO
An address located in the city centre, you climb a flight of stairs and access a warm room where you can taste local dishes and local wines. You can choose between a meal of "tapas" with a good cheese platter or a more classic meal: cod or a duck breast with sweet potatoes and sautéed vegetables. The food is great. I had fried shrimp with garlic and olive oil. Very tasty. I had to have some bread, too, no point of vasting good oil. With a glass of red wine it all came together just right.
My only critique goes to waiters. They are ok, but no smile. I had similar situation in almost every place in Portugal, so I guess it is a custom here.
