Miradouro at the foot of a beautiful church with a lovely Moorish garden and a view over the roofs of the Alfama.

At the foot of a beautiful church, a lovely Moorish garden on two levels, built on the rest of the old town. It offers a sweeping view over the roofs of the. Covered promontory of a virgin vine pergola on a wall, a profusion of purple bougainvillea. In the distance, two churches of a white délavé and the Tagus… Boats waiting or moored at the docks. Behind, the little church Santa Luzia looks after its facade covered with beautiful azulejos panels. It is a real balcony on the Alfama and the sea of Straw and always a deserved stop.

Un peu cachée, cette jolie place vaut le détour. Dans le quartier de l'Alfama, les miradors ne manquent pas mais ici, bien sur la vue est sublime, mais surtout les azulejos, les bosquets, les couleurs en somme, rendent le lieu unique.
