L'accueil en français est bien sympa, on peut y trouver des plans et acheter la Lisboa card. Le personnel nous a donné de bons plans pour notre visite sur Lisbonne et ses environs.

Maybe it wasn't the right time, 3 people at the reception, 1 with people, 2 who were doing things and coming out of it, and we didn't know too much about why but who didn't know. No one to speak French, finally a person arrives but we quickly saw that she didn't want too much, we dropped back with a plan and our handling. Shame.

Très bonne accueil (comme dans beaucoup d'endroits au Portugal). Personnel à l'écoute, serviable, explications claires et précises . Le plus est que le français est parlé.
N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour pour avoir toutes les cartes en main pour vitre séjour à Lisbonne !

Très bon accueil, très bon français aussi. Les explications sont claires nettes et précises. Juste un petit bémol : 1 ou 2 personnes à l'accueil serait un plus car nous n'étions pas en plus en pleine saison. Sinon rien à redire, le personnel est très sympathique et disponible. Une boutique avec quelques souvenirs typiques de bonnes factures.

Accueil sympathique en français, on peut y trouver des plans et acheter la Lisboa card à mon avis intéressante sur 24h pour les musées et le tram; la boutique est moderne et propose des petits souvenirs originaux.
