For several years, Oliviero has been organising hiking trips to make the country discover Portugal. A perfectly bilingual local development engineer (he studied in France and Belgium), our guide, with a very good knowledge of the field, works in partnership with associations in the region that participate in sustainable development. Carefully prepared with respect for nature and men, its carry address a secret and authentic Portugal. The flexibility due to the small size of the association, which started gradually from 1995 onwards, allows hiking in all the country's good sites thanks to different custom circuits. Group of 2 to 8 people, Direction Mountain, Douro Valley or Serra da Estrela for 7 to 8 days (minimum). An original opportunity to discover the natural environment, fauna, flora and reach rural Portuguese. As far as the area surrounding Lisbon is concerned, the «Alfacines de Lisbon» circuit includes 3 days in Sintra, a cultural day, and two days of hiking along the Atlantic (Cabo Espichel, parque da Arrábida…) while there is also possibility of hiking to Alverca (seat of the entity). With regard to meals (picnic at noon and local dinner in the evening) and accommodation (cottage, bivouac…), they are cared for. In summary: very good walks in perspective.
