Too bad not located, less than 10 minutes from a metro station, HF Fenix Urban has some unpleasant surprises.
First, check what type of room is available.
We inherited from a room 40 -inch too small front and on each side of (small) the bed.
Simple 60 cm wide window still highlighted the impression of hut.
As it was attached to the storage wagons for cleaning, it was not very quiet either.
Wi Fi is free, but has much mall has to work in the floors.
There is no pool, but the receptionist affirmed us that it was possible to get to HF Fenix Garden (10 minutes), simple presentation of the menu of the room.
We checked information the following day near another receptionist, before you go, who fell from bare and was surprised that you could give us information, for him strongly fanciful. !!
Parking, paying (important in Lisbon) is under the hotel but the entrance is on the back and you get that point by a rather complicated itinerary (although the receptionist provides a plan to you) because of the countless forbidden senses. I advise a GPS (updated)

Good points are:
Breakfast with staff room charming and professional
The staff at the floors just as nice and available.

Disappointment, as a whole.
We did not use the services of the restaurant
