At the angle of the inevitable Rua Augusta, the façade has a dog, the public areas are not all new, however the bathrooms are clean. As for the rooms, distributed on several levels, they are of unequal quality but are regularly poeny (unfortunately not enlarged!). On the 4 th floor, you will have access to the small balcony… the view over the castle the Carmo or the Rua Augusta (which makes corner) is superb (especially from room 403). The dining room takes very seriously with its recent azulejos panels, a cigarette dispenser even honours smokers from their presence! The staff were friendly and helpful. In short, a ratio of quality/often low quality and comfort more than random (especially for rooms without bathroom), all in the pedestrian district, lively during the day.

3인 숙소 예약했는데 5층 방을 배정받았고 엘리베이터는 4층까지밖에 올라가지 않았습니다. 한 층을 30인치 캐리어를 들고 올라가야하는데 직원들에게 도움을 요청해도 벨보이가 없다며 짐을 올리고 내리는 것을 도와주지않습니다. 엘리베이터는 한 사람만 탈 수 있는데 그마저도 중간에 멈추기 일쑤이고 마지막날에는 작동하지도 않았습니다.
호텔 방은 사진과 180도 다릅니다. 호텔이라고 말할 수도 없을 정도로 더럽습니다. 배정받은 방 이불을 들췄더니 벌레가 나와서 방을 바꿔달라고 요구했더니 직원들은 마지못해 바꿔주었습니다. 그마저도 비웃는듯한 태도를 일관하고 대화할 때 웃음을 감추지 못하는 듯 굴어 매우 불쾌했습니다.
바꾼 방에서도 지네가 나왔고, 방 벽 곳곳에 벌레를 죽인 흔적이 가득했습니다. 방은 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을 하며 밤에는 소음도 심했습니다.

하룻밤도 아깝습니다
