Here's a brand-new hotel complex located in the center of Lisbon, in a former convent just a stone's throw from Marquês de Pombal Square. The Locke Santa Joana features 370 comfortable apartments. The apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated, with a small sitting area and, in most cases, a kitchenette. Breakfast is served at an additional cost. There are also two restaurants, two bars, a small café at the entrance and an outdoor swimming pool. Coworking space available. Reception open 24 hours a day. A must-see!

Hôtel fabuleux. La piscine était magnifique. Le fait d'avoir un lave-linge et un sèche-linge dans l'appartement était appréciable en voyage. Unités confortables et propres. Tout le monde était incroyablement amical, du check-in/out au bar de la piscine. Le café était excellent et le café de qualité (encore un excellent service). Merci beaucoup ! J'ai hâte de revenir

la chambre sent bon le parfum artificiel, mais pue la moisissure et il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur
il faut traîner ses bagages pour s'enregistrer
il faut marcher longtemps pour arriver à l'auberge
l'ascenseur est là, mais il y a 20 marches à monter

C'est un très bel hôtel avec un bon service. Il a de bonnes critiques. Cependant, après la nuit du 1er mai 2025 (c'est le jour pour nettoyer la chambre), ma femme a trouvé qu'une écharpe bleue, un sac à provisions pliable et ses lunettes de soleil avaient disparu. Nous sommes surpris que de telles choses puissent se produire dans un hôtel aussi réputé. De toute évidence, il s'agit d'un problème de sécurité. J'espère que la direction enquêtera et que cette critique attirera l'attention de la direction pour résoudre ce problème dont elle n'est peut-être pas consciente.

Excellent hébergement. Piscine un peu petite et surpeuplée mais personnel très sympathique. Superbe atmosphère et beau design. Réfrigérateur, cuisinière et vaisselle disponibles dans la chambre.
