Super hôtel, personnel très disponible , très bien placé ! je recommande sans hésiter

The interior, bathroom and bedroom are comfortable, not too small. They use riturals handwashing and shampoo, the water pressure is strong, which is good! Not to expect a nice view, no view at all, just very value for money.

Hôtel très très bien situé dans le centre ville, chambre spacieuse, très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation: à notre arrivée la température programmée était de 24 °, impossible de la changer ou d'éteindre la climatisation. On a demandé une première fois à la réception d'intervenir sans succès. Le lendemain, on a redemandé à la réception d'intervenir, on nous demandé la température souhaitée, on a dit 22°. Lorsqu'on est revenu dans la chambre la température programmée était de 20° et là aussi sans possibilité de la changer ou d'éteindre la climatisation.... 20° en avril à la sortie de la douche , c'est très frais.... 24° pour dormir, c'est trop... Pourquoi ne peut-on pas agir sur la climatisation...

Only downside for me was the room. We were on the top floor which was essentially the roof, and our room was basically sliced in half because of the roof beam. We had to keep keep bending down to get past it everytime we needed to get across the room. My wife is 5'8 and I'm 6'1 so it was quite inconvenient.

Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the business district and a 15 min walk to the waters.

The breakfast was amazing too - wide range of options and really good quality. Our room was modern but the breakfast area retained all the old character from what the building used to me, and that was really fascinating.

The staff were fantastic too. When they found out it was my wife's birthday, they put cake and wine in our room, all on the house!

Great hotel if it comes to location and standard! Hotel was very quiet and room super cozy and clean! As a welcome gift we were given Pastel de Nata!

Très bien situé au cœur de Lisbonne. Notre chambre paraissait petite parce que le lit était très (trop) grand (200). Petit déjeuner adapté pour tous les goûts.

Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Πολυ εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με τα πόδια και σε πολλά μαγαζιά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με δύο μόνο κρεβάτια και ένα μικρό χώρο με καναπέ. Υπάρχει μηχανή καφέ και κάψουλες. Είχε πολύ ωραία θέα στην περιοχή alfama και το κάστρο του Αγίου Γεωργίου.
Ήμασταν στον 5ο όροφο οπότε δεν υπήρχε καθόλου φασαρία. Δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει και στάση μετρό.

MALA GESTIÓN.

Tengo un dinero aplazado para poder realizar una reserva, contacto por email, a los cuales no me contestan. En cambio, llamo al teléfono del hotel y me informan de que hay disponibilidad en las fechas solicitadas; a su vez, llamo al teléfono de reservas y me confirman lo mismo.
Cuando facilito mi email, para gestionar la reserva y así informar de que tengo un crédito para utilizar, volvemos al mismo proceso. NADIE CONTESTA Y NO SE GESTIONA LA RESERVA.

Trato pésimo.

Viajábamos desde Bilbao en avión, tuvimos que abandonar el aeropuerto por causa de UNA OPERACIÓN DE URGENCIA.

Fue explicado el caso al hotel, solicitando el posible reembolso de dos noches con desayuno incluido.
Nos explicaron que no se podía devolver el dinero y nos dieron un margen para poder realizar de nuevo la reserva ( un margen bastante corto), llevo tres días consecutivos mandado email para hacer una nueva reserva, dentro del plazo que me dieron y NO ME CONTESTAN A LOS EMAIL NI ME COGEN EL TELÉFONO.

No sé si el fin es que yo pierda el dinero.

NO LO RECOMIENDO, PUESTO QUE EN CASO DE PROBLEMAS NO RESPONEDEN DEBIDAMENTE

Posizione eccellente, direttamente su praça da figueira, zona centralissima da cui si parte per vedere la città. A 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata del tram 28. A 5 minuti dall'arco. Pulizia eccellente. Camere piccole ma state di tutto il necessario, compresa macchina per te e caffè. La colazione buona e abbondante

Great hotel! Location was excellent, the area was safe to walk around in at night, the breakfast was good, and the waterfall shower was brilliant.
I stayed here for my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a couple of treats, which was lovely and so thoughtful of them (I didn't tell them it was my birthday).
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon.

Hotel curatissimo nei dettagli. Posizione più che ottimale sia per i mezzi pubblici sia per spostarsi a piedi. Colazione con ampia scelta.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e cordiale, le camere sono piccole ma pulite. A parte qualche piccolissimo inconveniente (per il quale ho comunque già ricevuto una cordiale risposta, ben apprezzata) e' andato tutto bene. Consigliato.

Clean and well-renovated hotel, it feels like a small hotel when you're inside but in fact it's huge and especially ideally located, breakfast is a bit simple, bedding is good.
