All 30 rooms with carpeting with carpeting each have a bathroom, air conditioning (reversible but limited to heat) and cable TV. The rooms have a variable quality, and they are very well-kept and different, two per floor are interior (no light of the day), to avoid, those facing the street can be a little noisy. Situated in a quiet area not far from the tourist sector but quite well connected by public transport, this residencial enjoys a rather pleasant reception (even the Gérance Mar dos Azores).

Ojalá haya menos cero para poder dejar por qué que vergüenza de hotel, no se como pueden llegar a existir este tipo de hoteles. Cogí en booking dos noches y he tenido que coger la segunda noche en otro hotel porque es repugnante este sitio, además de no devolver el dinero ( respuesta de la recepcionista que si se lo hubiese dicho 10 minutos antes me lo hubiese devuelto ), exigen cosas que yo jamas había visto en un hotel, que si manchas una toalla tienes que pagar 15€, que si desaparece una toalla 50€, que si una persona pierde las llaves de la habitación 50€, todo vale dinero… pero …. y vuestra limpieza? el agua salía marrón nada más abrirla el wc asqueroso, he estado toda la noche sin dormir porque en la cama parecía que había bidchos, la televisión sin antena porque los cables estaban cogidos como en la foto, el suelo con pelusas, seguridad pésima, huele fatal… de verdad no cojáis este lugar

Ma soprattutto scarsissima igiene ( macchie sul copri letto e grumi neri che cadevano sul letto dal condizionatore )
Pur avendo segnalato questi problemi nessuno è venuto a risolverli in tre notti che abbiamo passato lì.
