Horrível, o pior que estive até hoje, as pessoas aproveitam tudo que encontrarem no quarto por isso não se esqueçam de nada lá ????

Terribile! Non siamo persone che pretendono molto, anzi! Ma santo cielo il bagno in camera all'interno di una veranda anche NO! Già in camera era difficile muoversi per il poco spazio, non sto qui a dire quanto fosse difficile muoversi in bagno senza neanche la possibilità di avere un minimo di privacy. Allucinante!

We had booked this hotel without doing much research, but it tuned out to be ok. The best thing about it is the location as it is very close to the Pombalina from where all tours begin. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby which are good. The property itself is very old and looks modified to serve as a hotel. When I first stepped into the room, I was disappointed and thought I had made a bad choice. It was small and the bathroom/toilet looked makeshift and occupied a big chunk of the space inside. But we decided to give it a try and it turned out to be ok. It had a small balcony with a good view of the street below but we did not use it much due to the chilly weather. The heater inside the room was perfect and turned out to be the best thing about it. The host was helpful and gave us access to the microwave and fridge which was very helpful. Though we did not use the public transport during our stay, it's quite accessible. Overall, we don't have any regrets. It would have been great if the rooms were a bit larger and the bathroom/toilet had better design.

No tiene nada que ver con las fotos de Booking, se suponía que era una habitación con cama de matrimonio amplia y balcón a la calle y la habitación que me dieron fue un zulo no es recomendable.

I do not recommend this place at all. The toilet was completely inside the room which does not respect any sanitary regulations of Europe. The electricity went off several time during a day. The lift sometimes didn’t work because its door was left open in one of the floors.

Terrible room and stay, booked for four nights, left after the first.

Location is great, easy to find with the metro nearby. When we arrived the elevator was out of service, so we carried all of our heavy luggage up five stories. Annoying, but not the end of world.

When we made the reservation, we specifically requested a crib for our toddler. They initially replied saying the request wouldn't be an issue. The host brought us to our room, there was no crib, but a single bed for the toddler. We insisted that our toddler cannot sleep in such a bed, because they WILL toss and turn, and end up falling out of the bed. We argued for about five minutes, with the host refusing to acknowledge the email with the request for a crib. Hours later, the host came back with a crib that she didn't know they had. The crib ended up being broken on one side with our toddler happily escaping during the night.

Next surprise was the multiple nails sticking out of the floorboards, which caused a few torn socks for me and a bloody toe for the toddler.

But hey, the AC worked great ????????

Do not recommend. Stay away.

This place was awful. First night we could hear a baby cry from another room and other rooms partying and being loud. Second night we discovered there were bedbugs. We found the little bug crawling on one of our beds. The toilet was noisy overnight and smelly and the door wouldn’t open. On our last day, hot water wasn’t running and we almost were late for our flight! I do not recommend this place, I’d look somewhere else to stay

Estuve hace un mes y las habitaciones muy malas y los baños peores y la limpieza fatal tiene polvo encima de los armario están llenos de porquerías ,bueno en general fatal . Necesita mejorar todas las instancias para mejor y los baños huelen a todas horas…

O local onde o hotel está situado é realmente muito bom, perto do metrô e alguns pubs, porém o hotel em si é péssimo! Não recomendo! Os quartos e a área dos quartos fedem a mofo, o banheiro também exala odores horríveis infetando todo o quarto, a porta do banheiro que é de sanfona plástica estava quebrada. A senhora que nos atendeu então sem comentários. Ficou teimando que estávamos em mais pessoas do que 11, sendo que só haviam 11 pessoas lá (será que ela via espíritos?), muito mau educada, nos conduziu a qualquer quarto não importando pelo que reservamos, simplesmente nos jogou as chaves e disse: Se virem! para logo sair andando, na hora de acertar as taxas nos disse que não éramos confiáveis e que pegaria a calculadora para fazer 11x2, pois segundo ela não podia dar 22. O elevador rangia muito, não tive coragem de entrar, haviam andares sem luz no corredor fazendo com que esbarrássemos em cadeiras postas no local. Não recomendo esse Hotel.

Estávamos em 11 pessoas e alugamos 5 quartos.

Good experience, personal very friendly, Mikhail and Narina. The room was really clean, we liked it.
Toilet, Shower was clean. Room looking good! Look like a new paint on the walls. New very comfortable mattress. Good location and the parking its really nearby, you can put the car under door of this hotel. Me and my wife recommend! A lot of Guest Houses in Lisbon we was, but this one is better cause its:
1 - clean
2 - good service there
3 - comfortable
4 - good location!

Las habitaciones con colchas antiguas, la almohada no nos ha gustado nada, el agua de la ducha los 2 últimos días fría, cambio de toallas a diario y solo ponen jabón de manos, imposible aparcar por esta zona y hay bus cerca, y zona concurrida a 30-40 minutos andando

Average hotel room, there was a rather strange smell from the cistern when flushing the toilet or using the shower. The hotel itself is set in a fantastic location close to the underground and has amazing period features but that is all. Good for 1 or 2 nights but wouldn't stay any longer. The staff were really welcoming though so it is a shame the room let it down slightly.
