Estadia muito agradável. Vista deslumbrante da sala de café da manhã. Excelente café da manhã. Camas muito confortáveis e roupa de cama excelente. Algumas "falhas": quarto com carpete. Não é higiênico. Banheira com cortina no banheiro... e falta de misturadores... O O salão é triste e hostil. O pessoal é muito desapegado. Porém, recomendo, mas espero melhorias.

Zariadenie izby staršie, ale čisté. Raňajky chutné, aj keď stále to isté. Výhľad z okna perfektný. Kľudná časť mesta. Mierne nás prekvapil mŕtvy šváb v skrini.

Per chi non ha molte pretese per le stanze e la colazione. Ma ancora sento dentro di me l' emozione di guardare dalla stanza n. 15 (quinze) Lisbona la mattina appena sveglio e la sera mentre cala il tramonto e le luci fino al Cristore e le voci per la strada piano piano si accendono.

Pokój ok. Dobry, porządny standard. Obsługa ok. Piękny widok na miasto rzekę i most. W pokoju dość wilgotno.(taki klimat).Hotel nie ma ogrzewania, jest klimatyzacja. W łazience promiennik. Śniadania takie same codziennie. Wybór ograniczony do pieczywa, wędliny, sera. Do tego kawa herbata, sok wyciskany na mcu z pomarańczy. Są też płatki, mleko owoce. Można reż poprosić o jajko jajecznicę itp ale za dopłatą.

The staff is awfully disrespectful and rude. I stepped into the reception to ask for information and take a photo of the nice lobby, and a staff member approached me with very bad manners, bullying me and asking me to leave the place and to delete the photos.
Disgusting attitude toward someone who only wanted to give a nice recommendation to a family of friends in visit.

The top of Graca! Fantastic views of Lisbon if you get a city view room. Clean smallish rooms with a 70s vibe. Quiet!

This is all about the view, which is in fact the best view you are going to get from a hotel in Lisbon, Senhora De Monte is the highest point in the city. If you are going down this path, I would suggest don't just settle for a room with a view, go for a room with a balcony. rooms 15,25,25,45 will fit that end if you want to experience a great sunset with a bottle of wine and some music. Forget the four rooms with terrace. They are on the bottom floor, pricier and unless there are more than two of you, you really don't need them. The rooms are OK. A bit dated, but not terribly so. Bathroom is nice. To get around, the walk down is fine. The most direct way down are the Escadinhas Damasceno Monteiro steps. Coming back up, you may want to take a taxi or Uber. I read some of the negative reviews. The usual anal bunch that inhabit the one star space. The staff was very friendly. They chilled a bottle of Champaign for us in their fridge. The place was quiet. I got a good sleep. All in all, a very nice experience.

Breathtaking view of the whole city. Great location near the top of the hill, looking down to the bay and city. Nice clean rooms, tidy bathrooms and comfortable atmosphere. Totally OK hotel. We stayed 4 days, no trouble at all, all positives.

De kamer verraste meteen door een magnifiek uitzicht over Lissabon, de Taag, de 25 april brug én Castelo São Jorge. En nog een bad ook, wow. Na een lange dag wilde ik er ik gaan liggen. Het bad is vrij klein, je ligt met je hoofd onder een verlenging van de wastafel en er kwam badwater via rvs sleuven de badkamer in. ???? De telefoon opladen ging niet naast het bed. De stopcontacten bevinden zich aan de overkant van de kamer.
De uitrusting is basis, zou misschien een opfrisbeurt kunnen gebruiken, maar wat natuurlijk erg belangrijke zaken zijn: het is schoon, het bed vind ik lekker liggen én de locatie is prima. Dichtbij Largo Graça met eettentjes én je stapt op tram 28E. Erg leuk. Je bent te voet ook zo beneden en het kasteel en Alfama liggen op loopafstand.

We had to spontaneously book a hotel at 1am when we found a lot of mould in our AirBnb. This hotel offered late check-in, it only took 10 minutes to get checked-in, the man on late shift was very friendly and the rooms were super clean! The beds were not the most comfortable ones but for the price class very acceptable. And the view in the morning was amazing. Very thankful for the smooth experience.
