Excellent emplacement permettant de rayonner à pieds un peu partout où d'accéder facilement au métro.
Chambre confortable, piscine et SPA permettent de se délasser après les journées de marche touristique.
Very nice hotel. The spa is only jacuzzi, sauna, and a steam room. Hotel is very nice, staff is very friendly. Food in the restaurant and bar is very delicious.
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Sheraton. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive! We wanted to give a special kudos to Mariana at the front desk! After a long day of exploring Sintra, we came back to the hotel exhausted and ready for dinner. We realized the place we originally planned to dine at was closed. We asked Mariana if she can recommend any places for us nearby. She immediately started calling her favorite restaurants to see if there were any availability for two and got us a table at Sr. lisboa! Most hotel staffs will just write down a liat of restaurants, but Mariana truly went beyond by calling restaurants without hesitation! Thank you!
Amazing location. Clean rooms, great service. Blackout blinds are such a plus. Spa as well as out doing business or walking the many uphills in Lisbon.
The hotel room is large and clean. The staffs are professional and polite. The hotel is close to at least 2 metro stations, so it is very convenient. But if you'd like to walk in the Lisbon historical city center, you may want to select a hotel near there.
Overall enjoyable and pleasant stay. Highlights: huge breakfast selection; happy hour variations for Club guests (such fun little surprises!); sunny, cheerful pool area; super-helpful and lovely staff, such as ISMAEL!
Room for a little improvement: odd bathroom design and rough toilet paper; check-in not available in am despite fact that many overseas arrivals come in during morning. They convince you to upgrade to a club site, which IS available in am, but you may find the extras that come with that worth it. Upper floors nice and quiet.

This is my second time here and I take away one star because there are a few things to still improve.
Arrival: Lobby is busy so just wait your turn, there is fresh water and popcorn. The check-in staff are excellent and make you feel welcome. Other staff manage the traffic infront of the desk which is good. Concierge took our bags and they called us when the rooms were ready. Thank you!
Rooms are huge and if you get the upper floor, view is great and the sun comes in certain hours. The dark carpet doesn't help but its not the end of the world. Housekeeping staff always made up the room on time and freshened everything.
Bar: This is where it was a little disappointing. There is not anyone around to keep an eye on who just sat down and who needs the bill. The coffee was really disappointing and it was the most expensive one compared to the outside cafes. It tasted like the machine coffee in staff room. Little biscuits were a nice touch.
Location: There is a station 2 minutes walk but this is far away from the city or where you will spend most of your time if you are visiting Lisbon. There are some nice restaurants and cafes near the hotel and many buses going towards the town.
This is a luxurious hotel restaurant with a pleasant lounge and sometimes even
music. It is very lovey and welcoming and offers a peaceful refuge in the heart of the city.
We stayed here for our final night in Portugal as part of our elopement. The staff and management were incredibly kind to us. My wife and I are immensely grateful for the experience. From the friendly staff to the grand gestures. Muito obrigado.
I love this hotel! The staff, the food, lounge everything 5 star! Best breakfast buffet in Lisbon in my opinion. Very nice spa, sauna, steam rooms, live music and great management! Will definitely return!
