Aweful company that tried to scam me with extra hidden fees just to pick up my keys to place I'd already paid for. I've now reported them and they're under investigation

La seule étoile uniquement car l'appartement que nous avions loué était bien situé et desservi. Sinon, nous sommes passés via airbnb, déjà à l'arrivée dans l'appartement on nous demande du cash, pour les frais de check-in, on dit préférer passer par l'application, pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise et on s'est sentis assez forcés. Bon, passons. En surface l'appartement que nous avions était plutôt bien décoré et agencé (les photos sont enjolivées bien sûr), mais en profondeur, c'était une catastrophe. Des draps sales à notre arrivée, poussières non faites, des TERMITES dans la chambre ??? Moisissures dans la douche, joints de congélateur/frigo, des meubles plus qu'abîmés... Pour une prestation à 110€ la nuit, c'est tout bonnement honteux. Bon, une équipe de ménage est intervenue le lendemain... enfin rapidement, nous avons eu des draps propres (ouf) mais le problème des termites était toujours présent... nous avons donc dormi sur le clic clac du salon toute la semaine. Absolument AUCUN geste commercial, heureusement nous avons pu obtenir une partie de remboursement grâce au SAV de airbnb, mais absolument pas grâce à l'agence. Bref, fuyez juste si vous les voyez passer sur airbnb, c'est absolument pas sérieux.

Petit séjour très agréable à l'établissement Traveling To Lisbon 309 - Santa Catarina en mars 2018.
Appartement 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec cuisine équipée, salon,... situé juste à côté de l'Ascenseur de Boca.
Accueil très chaleureux et appartement parfait.
Prix plus que raisonnable.
