In the magnificent setting of the 17th-century Convent das Bernadas (also home to the Puppet Museum), this restaurant replaces La Travessa and offers a cuisine combining ingredients from Portuguese terroirs with French cooking techniques. At the helm of this fine establishment: chef Pedro Henrique Lima and chef João de Oliveira, with the support of French chefs Alexis Gielbaum and Maxime Kien. Result: roast lamb fillet with eggplant and date chutney, duck confit with smoked carrot cream, chocolate mousse or crème brûlée.

Le service est déplorable. A peine assis nous avons été sommés de prendre le menu dégustation. Une succession de plat tous aussi insipide les uns que les autres nous ont été présentés à un rythme effréné. Monsieru Moita a été particulièrement désagréable. La cuisson du l'agneau est un désastre ! La qualité des lieux ne vaut pat celle de l'assiette.
