This golden inn is a superbly revisited city institution. The setting is historic, and its fabulous façade is a real draw. The inn offers quality brasserie dishes in a classy setting that always seems to be bustling. The design is very successful, combining classic elements with a zen-like modernity. In winter, the cosy atmosphere of the auberge is very pleasant. In summer, the terrace is always packed. If you get tired, you can extend the experience by staying overnight in the superb themed suites.
