A very popular address that we appreciate very much, especially if we are short of the local cuisine.

The decor is very pleasant with beautiful brick walls, vintage-style benches and plants everywhere. It is good to stand at the window and observe the passage of the passers-by on this popular artery. The burgers are excellent, as are the mixed salads, especially the one with goat's cheese. Save room for desserts, especially the peanut butter parfait. Piano and music evenings are organized.

Garoeda was one of the city's historic landmarks, opening its doors in 1949. Recently, it was taken over by the king of stoves, Ron Blauuw. The inn offers quality brasserie dishes in a classy setting that always seems to be bustling. The design is very successful, combining classic elements with a zen-like modernity. In winter, the cosy atmosphere of the auberge is very pleasant. In summer, the terrace is always packed. If you get tired, you can extend the experience by staying overnight in the superb themed suites.

Pastanini is a top quality caterer. Here, in the heart of The Hague, you can enjoy sandwiches, various pasta dishes and bread like you can find in Italy! Very good address for an espresso of course. A good place for pasta and pizzas, not to mention the children who have their own menu. A classic of the city where it is good to pass. Why not succumb to one of the desserts or a cheese platter. An address filled with various temptations. The service is also efficient.

The price-quality ratio is good, the wine list is varied and the staff does everything possible to ensure that customers have a pleasant evening. This address claims to be the only (real?) tapas bar in town. It's a great atmosphere, with music to match the cuisine, and very good food. We come here in a woodsy atmosphere, very gezellig as the Dutch like to say, and to enjoy small dishes, tapas, cold or without meat. The idea here is to make new acquaintances over a drink, and the music helps to soften the mood too. A great address for a lively evening with an international audience. A tried-and-tested classic among Haguenois!

Near the Royal Palace, the city's most famous Italian. Not to be confused with a common pizzeria. It offers a fine cuisine and all flavours, based on quality products (carpaccio, fresh pasta, risotto...), in a relaxed setting. A popular address for Haguenois where it is advisable to book. Superb terrace in summer. For the record, this address is the result of a dream of young adults who came by scooter from Italy and is now held by the next generation. A beautiful place to visit.
