It's a newcomer to the culinary scene, but it's an address with a promising future. In any case, the place has been home to addresses that have all lived up to their reputation and made a strong contribution to the country's culinary landscape. France is the primary inspiration, but the approach is international.

An excellent address in Amsterdam in Jordan, refined and original cuisine in an intimate setting and pleasant (contemporary bistro-style), a surprise formula that offers a menu in 4.5 or 7 courses. You need to be a bit adventurous and curious but if this is the case it is a beautiful experience, a little expensive all the same.
