Parisian bistro atmosphere in a restaurant located in a street in downtown Amsterdam.

The restaurant's decor, rather bland or zen for some, doesn't give away the excellent quality of the table that is housed here, in an alleyway close to Dam Square. The brainchild of two cooking enthusiasts, chef Giel Kaagman and host Bram Kortekaas, this address has enjoyed a fine reputation since it opened a few years ago. The menu highlights seasonal and local produce, with a love of contrasts and unusual combinations. The menu changes regularly, but the quality is constant, and that's fabulous.
