Restaurant in the heart of the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam offering mussels from the sea but not only.

Here, there's no doubt about the restaurant's program and menu: mussels in every sauce and gin-based cocktails. The concept is very successful and has enjoyed a good reputation since it opened. The location, in the heart of the Westergasfabriek, a former gasworks converted into an outing center, in an adorable brick house. While mussels are the highlight of the menu, you can also dine on meat and a few starters. The mussels are presented in different accents, and the hardest part will be choosing. The gins are very famous!
